Best thing is no more leaks and my home is quieter. Yes, my homeowners insurance went up, not down and there were parts of their process which I did not like at all but the install was quick. I’m still finding roofing screws all over but I guess that’s normal.

New roof experience We recently had a new roof installed by Erie, and the experience was very positive overall. Although the sales pitch and decision-making process were quite lengthy, taking up about four hours on a Sunday afternoon, the actual installation was swift and efficient. Work began promptly on Tuesday and was completed by Wednesday. We opted for fiberglass shingles, which not only look fantastic but are also expected to last for the next 30 years. As of now, we are thoroughly satisfied with this home improvement and would recommend Erie for their professionalism and quality workmanship.

Amazing product Erie Homes was great. Ty and Chris shared the information about roofs in a clear and precise way. I love the high quality of the roofing materials and the standards they hold their workers to when placing the roof. Mike called me each step of the way, so I was prepared when the roofing supplies showed up. I even got calls after the beautiful roof was done. Amazing job!
