High quality, considerate and helpful. We were really impressed with the work Catolin and Alex produced at our property. We had a new damp course done in the living room and hallway. It was a big job but they worked quickly to a high standard. They were very considerate, helpful and communicated well with me and my family. Thank you and well done!

Great experience from Garry the… Great experience from Garry the surveyor who came out to do the initial survey and gave us plenty of advise on how to take care of the property. He also came back a second time at our request because we thought there was further damp in the house but there wasn't! Garry still showed up and gave us some fantastic tips to identify and also future proof the house from damp!

A 5 day damp proof job turned into over… A 5 day damp proof job turned into over 5 weeks when they hit a water pipe, fitted the wrong pipe connectors and then laid a screed that failed. It wasn't actually any of these things that bothered me, it was the attitude of Zak. I could hear him on the phone advising experienced builders to cover up problems. Nigel was saying there is water everywhere, the couplings are wrong and I could hear Zak say 'just pour the screed'. Then Nigel got in trouble for being honest and pointing out things that had gone wrong. If they are willing to be dishonest and cover up issues I've got huge concerns. They have finally finished the work but never offered an apology or any compensation. We asked to discuss our situation before making a formal complaint but no one has got back to us.

Tapco game to fix a crack through our… Tapco game to fix a crack through our wall, which in turn had caused severe damp in our 18 months old room. From the surveyor visit to the work being completed we felt that they were exemplary. Martin, Greg and the team were polite, tidy and completed work to the highest standard, all whilst working within the boundaries of us having to work from home and with a young child. I couldn't recommend them highly enough and should we every have issues again, would gladly use Tapco.

A special mention for John from TAPCO… A special mention for John from TAPCO who visited my property on 19th November 2018 to damp proof the wall below my front windows. John arrived early each day and left the premises in an immaculate condition. He explained the stages of work to be carried out at the start of the day and finished on time. John should be commended for his high standard of workmanship. His attention to detail was excellent and his commitment to professionalism can only be admired.
