Very happy with the work done After having an issue with damp in a bathroom, Tapco came out and did an initial survey, offered great advice and solutions to fix the problems with cost and customer care in mind. I was kept up to date from the team with what was happening, the work was completed quickly and the team were very polite and tidy with minimal disruption where possible. The team also gave some great advice on how to prevent future issues, if any come up though I know where I'll be going!

All round positive experience The teams were polite, helpful, and efficient at all works involved. We had a significant amount of plaster taken off the walls and the team did all they could to keep the dust down, even putting up a clever improvised air lock in place to protect the kitchen/food prep area. Following payment, the paperwork and guarantees were forwarded almost immediately. I guess having been in this work industry for nearly 40 years they do know their business inside out and we felt we were in safe hands.

A very professional company My wife and I really were not looking forward to having the damp proofing works carried out at our new house because it included removing a lot of plaster and breaking up parts of the concrete floors. Fortunately we chose Tapco HomeDry who were very professional from start to finish. The technicians were very exoerienced, thorough and clean and Emma and Ella in the office were always very helpful. High quality, considerate and helpful. We were really impressed with the work Catolin and Alex produced at our property. We had a new damp course done in the living room and hallway. It was a big job but they worked quickly to a high standard. They were very considerate, helpful and communicated well with me and my family. Thank you and well done!

A job well done I needed a new damp proof course, 2 new air bricks, woodworm treatment & a drain cleaned & repaired. The workmen were efficient, neat & tidy, left no mess. A great experience. I would recommend this company. I had the original survey on the propery way back in July. The company were happy to make a booking for an unspecified date, alowed me to have the discount & refunded the cost of the survey. Great value for money.
