Great experience and great price With my previous solar installer, Zenernet, I had a nightmare experience. With Blue Raven, I had the opposite experience. Their sales team was very educated on their product and wasn't pushy. Their team moved very quickly to get my panels installed and I had to do very little. Took them over 1yr 2mo to install the… Took them over 1yr 2mo to install the Solar Panels. Then an additional 6 months to get them operational. Said that during 1st Year I would get a Check for $188 a Month, which did not happen. Now they want me to start making payments

They explain every little thing and are very helpful in assisting with questions you might have, and if they can't answer the question they refer you to the person that can. They ran into a hiccup, and had to replan how they were to be put on , made sure it was OK with myself and then put them on like nothing

We started this process March 2023 We started this process March 2023 - August of 23 we finally got our solar panels installed. They neglected to notice that our electrical panel needed to be upgraded, which delayed the process. After installation we noticed garbage was left on the roof and around our property and the metal roof was dented where they walked. I have reported the issues - we will see how it gets rectified. We still are not active with our panels, now we wait for inspection. Hopefully before winter we will be up and running.

Impressed & highly recommend I would highly recommend this company! Our sales rep Joeland was amazing, patient and not pushy at all! The process was easy and the company does everything for you! We had our panels installed today and the crew was fantastic! They all were so friendly, always smiling, respectful, professional and worked so well/efficiently together! I literally cannot say enough great things! The warranty on our system put our minds at ease and we feel like we are in good hands! Thank you all so much!
