Horrible company. Worse customer service I bought a $40,000 mango power m system with 40kwh of storage. They have apparently one employee named David. I knew I shouldn’t have bought a system from a company less than 2 years old. But anyways they haven’t helped me at all with the multiple issues I have. Can’t see one of the inverters in the app. Things trip when ac charging. I even made an appointment for a phone call with the technical team and they didn’t call

Quick and Easy Resolution I contacted Mango due to a Power Station that would not turn on. Joe at Mango arranged for a replacement, which was received. I noticed errors when fully charging the battery via solar. I reached back out to Joe, who remotely updated the firmware on my unit. The new unit is working good now, error free. The troubleshooting process was easy, and the issues were quick to resolve.

The Mango Power E power station also… The Mango Power E power station also has a "BACKUP" mode, which will automatically switch from mains to battery power in the event of a power outage. I like this mode of it very much. For this reason, I am looking forward to having it in my office.

Awesome Mango Power Technical Support The support team and especially Vevina and David are professional, respectful and stay with you till the problem is solved. Both David and Vevina followed up on all their commitments and made sure that the customer was comfortable with the outcome. I could not ask for anything more.

happy to report that I have received the Power E I am happy to report that I have received the Power E and that the solar panels are scheduled to arrive on Monday. Despite the shipping issues, understandable, since we full time RVers and our shipping and billing are separate addresses, I am very excited to have the base unit and I am looking forward to seeing how we can improve our off grid living experiences with your product. Thus far it is functioning impressively. An unboxing video, along with a thorough product review will follow once I have received the panels and had some time to test them out. Thank you for developing what appears to be an excellent product and a game changer for efficient living off grid, even in larger rigs!
