GBHorrible company. Worse customer service I bought a $40,000 mango power m system with 40kwh of storage. They have apparently one employee named David. I knew I shouldn’t have bought a system from a company less than 2 years old. But anyways they haven’t helped me at all with the multiple issues I have. Can’t see one of the inverters in the app. Things trip when ac charging. I even made an appointment for a phone call with the technical team and they didn’t call

Both David and Vevina followed up on all their commitments and made sure that the customer was comfortable with the outcome. I could not ask for anything more.

GBRequest for I information I spoke with Dave about getting an estimate of the equipment etc. I would need to partially power my home during an outage. He sent a form I needed to complete/ I returned the form with necessary information and am awaiting feedback.

She did on line trouble shooting on my device, in no time I returned my device and had the new replacement delivered to my home!! Thank You Vevina for all the help and immediate resolution! GBQuick and Easy Resolution I contacted Mango due to a Power Station that would not turn on. Joe at Mango arranged for a replacement, which was received. I noticed errors when fully charging the battery via solar. I reached back out to Joe, who remotely updated the firmware on my unit. The new unit is working good now, error free. The troubleshooting process was easy, and the issues were quick to resolve.
