PLT Nutrition provides nutrition coaching for all ages, for all walks of life and all backgrounds. We believe in food freedom and enjoying a balanced approach to nutrition. We don't believe in the excessive tracking approach other companies use but instead a relaxed fluid approach. We don't ask our clients to track everything or to track to a single number, we use calorie ranges to allow our clients to find their daily hunger balance. I have been working with my coach since… I have been working with my coach since December 2022. Overall I have not only lost 36 inches and almost 40 pounds, but I have formed a new POSITIVE relationship with food. I still eat all of my favorite things but I am more mindful and calculated about when and how much of them I eat. It has never felt as though I am "on a diet" it is truly a lifestyle change and super manageable, even for someone who is super busy from sun up to sun down. I lurked for a long time, reading comments/reviews like these and never actually "signed" up...if this is you, don't wait any longer! Best decision I made for me and for my family because I am much more active, healthy and overall happier!

I have now done a complete year of… I have now done a complete year of coaching with PLT. I lost most of the weigh in the first 13 week block, then focused on maintenance for the next 26 weeks. During the holidays my weight shifted up a couple pounds out of my ideal range and so after 13 more weeks I’ve drifted back down and am ready to continue getting to the low end of my range and then shifting back to maintenance. Even though I went up a couple pounds around Christmas, the best part was rolling into the New Year not being convinced I need to try a new diet to lose weigh. I now know what works for me and it’s easy to shift back into plan feeling confident. I’m so thankful to have a coach like Allie who is always finding the positives in my daily/weekly activity and encouraging me when I need it most. Love PLT and will never need any other program!

I've been working with a coach through… I've been working with a coach through PLT for just over 3 months now. The changes I've seen throughout these 3 months are amazing and the support I've received has been fantastic. My coach Allie checks in with me weekly via a video and we meet live 1x a month to discuss progress, concerns, etc. - in between there's a chat functionality and I've never waited longer than a day to hear back from her! Throughout these initial 3 months I've lost ~11 pounds and ~15 inches, and I'm so happy with my progress. I plan to continue with another 13 weeks as I approach maintenance!

Focus on macros has been a revelation… Focus on macros has been a revelation for me. I consider myself a healthy eater, with a good understanding of calories, nutrients, etc. That being said, I've never been sure of the right mix of protein/fat/carbs, and the ranges provided by my coach have been very helpful. The weekly coaching has been just the right level for me (daily tracking with weekly video message), and now that I feel that I have my eating dialed in (took a good 2months+), I'm looking forward to more focus on my strength training routine.
