No Communication We never got a call back from them. I called asking to follow up on an estimate we’d been given with the intent of scheduling them. The girl took my name, number, and email and I never heard anything after that. We decided to go elsewhere since they did not want our business.

Initial quote done and then no follow up I had a rep come out this summer and give me a quote . I reached out later to get clarification on payment options multiple times and never heard back from the rep. I still haven't gotten my project started but will probably be reaching out to another company for my home project.

Installation was ok Installation was ok. I was disappointed they did no grade the area better as they said they would. Water pools where it shouldn’t. Also there is a visible seam where they connected 2 pieces of grass. During installation was told the seam would be unnoticeable when they were done which was not the case.

Excellent Company Artificial Grassmasters did an excellent job with my back yard. I had heavy grass, a putting green, and decorative rock with curbing installed. It was a large job. While there were some hiccups along the way the company worked diligently to resolve them. They have quality control people who take their jobs very seriously.
