However I think it might be better to hold on to the replacement for a bit longer in case it is needed and the vacuum cleaner fails . I cannot be sure that my husband either knew what happened or actually did anything useful to the electrics when he tried to remove the battery. But it now WORKS ! Marna.

I got my panels almost 3 years ago and… I got my panels almost 3 years ago and they were working ok,, now they told me something is wrong with one of the inverters, so they supposed to change it, they noticed this happening 5 months ago, until now no body had show to do anything, I had been calling them and when answering they blame other department for it and the problem still on my system. They give you a warranty they will work on it and after they don't care. I have a friend who has a different company and that company had been more reliable for them. I am very disappointed with green solar.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. GOD AWFUL. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. WE HAVE HAD OUR SOLAR PANELS UP (THEY WERE INSTALLED LATER THAN PROMISED) AND NOW IT HAS BEEN 4 MONTHS AND WE STILL HAVE NOT GOTTEN IT CONNECTED TO THE GRID. THEY ARE THE WORST AND ARE TERRIBLE AT COMMUNICATION. YOU ASK ONE QUESTION AND YOU GET SENT SOMEWHERE ELSE. THERE ARE PLENTY OF GREAT SOLAR COMPANIES...THIS IS NOT ONE.

Solar site was in Missouri.....After review was posted I received a phone call from Green Solar Technologies. They apologized for overlooking reimbursement for damage repairs. Rec'd 10 days later.. Solar site was in Missouri and Green Solar,being in California, was to much distance for this company to offer prompt, reliable, or dependable service. Contractual agreement and payments were started April 2019, with promise of completion by June 2019. Construction was finally began with installers showing up for 1 day then not again for 2 weeks. Each time installers came they only spent a day then gone again. They drilled holes in roof and through exterior walls to pull wires, BUT did not run tbrough conduit. Many big mistakes so Green Solar replaced original installer with another company. The 2nd company finished the job October 2019....6 months of stress and headaches. The cost of repair to roof and exterior wall was never reimbursed by Green Solar. We would NOT recommend this company ! Panels and supplies were very good quality, bad service!

Being first-time customers Being first-time customers, we many questions along the way. Our experience with Green Solar Tech was great because of Anthony. From beginning to end, he communicated very well with us and was always professional. He always kept us up to date with what was going on. We had on small issue that my wife and I were concerned about. After one call to Anthony, he called his foreman who quickly sorted problem. He called us back that same morning to let us know the issue had been resolved. That was typical of his response throughout the job. I would highly recommend Anthony to anyone.
