GBSimply the best It took me almost a year to sign up after talking with Trami on instagram. She kept checking in on me as I was doing things on my own. I finally agreed to a call with rob and he made me feel this was the right choice for me and made sure we were a good fit for each other. Megan is my trainer and she is awesome the check ins make me accountable and the workouts she gives me are challenging and producing results The weekly group sessions are very informative and help with the process along the way I’m not starving at all and able to eat things I enjoy. After 3 months I’m down over 30 pounds and getting stronger. I have more energy each day and feel great overall. I would highly recommend trying if you’re looking for a program that works.

GBMegan is awesome! Megan has been an awesome trainer for me through this process. I am 3 months in and down 18 lbs and feeling stronger every day and my low back pain has all but disappeared. Rob, Trami and Megan have put together a great service. In Megan, I have, what seems like, a personal trainer, a nutritionist and a physical therapist all in one. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to lose weight, get stronger, eat healthier, address premature old man pain and have fun in the process.

GBThese are great people and have a lot… These are great people and have a lot of information to share. I was struggling with gym equipment workouts and Megan set up workouts for me and made the experience very easy to follow I have since lost weight and gained definition in my upper body. If you have mixed feelings about joining their team and learning the wealth of knowledge they have, don’t they are good people.

GBIf you're an emotional eater, work with Kat A little background about me: I've struggled with my weight since childhood because I was an emotional eater. I needed a coach that could help me with that moreso than just give me calorie coaching. I had done 2 other coaching programs before, but neither really addressed WHY I was overeating. I knew my next coach would need to have some tools and depth to help me break those learned behaviors. The intro call with Rob felt like a high pressure sale, but I live in sales, so that was no problem. What I needed to know was how they would back up their monthly price point, like, "what's your guarantee if I don't meet my goal by 6 months?" (It's a 6 month commitment, minimum.) To which Rob quickly and confidently replied, "We'll coach you for free until you get there." Bam, sold, sign me up. After 6 months, I did not hit my goal, and not because their program doesn't work, but because after 6 months of extensive work with my INCREDIBLE coach, Kat, who is really like a deep, wise, compassionate ocean of a person, I had just finally started breaking through the mental baggage of 41 years that had been holding me back. However, I missed an important piece when I signed my contract, which IS in the contract, but not really emphasized, and that is that if you don't take pictures every month and follow all of their guidelines exactly then they won't continue to help you after 6 months if you haven't met your goal. I get it, gotta follow the plan, but that should have been made clear to me on the phone. They have a great program, really. If you sign up, ask for Kat, especially if you need some extra mind and heart help. I had to discontinue my training for financial reasons, but the work I did with her during that time was important and is still helping me to move towards my goals, every day.
