TEN Plus Stars!! I would give you 10 stars plus if I could. The customer service people worked with me as I set up a multiple purchase. The repair people tried extensively to fix my I-9 with an intermittent problem. The machine itself helped me finally heal (along with massage and PT) a three month old injury that didn't seem to be healing or healing very, very slowly. I can walk, hike and dance now, Yay! Next focus is a chronic constipation issue; I have high hopes!

Another excellent CHI product! Over two decades I have acquired quite a few items from CHI Institute and I have ALWAYS been more than satisfied with every new acquisition! Excellent quality, items are as described, long lasting and very helpful in a wide range of use. My recent CHI Leash was added to my CHI Palm. I use my Palm on animals as well as people. Often an animal can become unpredictable and my Leash is there to reassure control of the unit protecting it from being dislodged or dropped. The animals also enjoy inspecting the color and texture of the Leash! An added bonus to their ongoing interest in treatments! As careful as some people can be there is always a chance of dropping the unit and the Leash protects those potential errors as well. Thank you CHI for another wonderful product! Upgrade your experience. I have been using the Chi pendant for a few months. I wear it everyday and have felt more grounded and able to stay calm even through emotionally taxing life changes. I recently went to South America and used the Chi stone during my flight. I usually feel very groggy and exhausted after long international flights. However, after using the Chi stone I was able to hit the ground running once landing.
