GBBest Bang for your buck I've been lifting for a while. I want to stay athletic and able for my kids and myself. Ultimately wanted a structured program when I signed up for a full contact alumni football game in June. The training took me back to similar training for sport and now I can't go away from it. Even with a busy schedule Team Lunchpail lets you get a great workout in in a small time and for a small price compared to a lot of others.

GBGreat programming for anyone I’ve been a consumer of online strength and conditioning services for eight years now and Modern Athlete is the high water mark. In the past, I’ve had to piecemeal different programs together in order to get a comprehensive program (warm-up, strength work, conditioning) and MA incorporates it all into their programs.

GBLike no other training you’ve done I have been training with Modern Athlete on the tactical team for almost a year now. Occupational fitness was a necessity and the bodybuilding workouts I had been doing for years were boring me. I can definitively say there is no other program out there that has training that is as intricately planned and well balanced as the modern athlete training.
