CAYou’ve come to the right place I stumbled upon BB a few years ago (peak COVID) as gyms were no longer very popular, I was looking for something you could do at home. After searching everywhere and trying a few BS programs I came across Fabian and BB!! Hooked, line and sinker!! This is a great program, easy to follow (I mean Fabian is right there with you pushing you), great tips, helpful staff, I look forward to each days PUMP or an office joke!! The programs continues to grow, if your looking for a great community, awesome workouts with actual results then you’ve come to the right place!! CAGreat workouts, minor complaint Great workouts I like working along with the videos for form tips and keeping the proper pace. I'm still at 3 weeks but feeling results and a few pounds weight loss. Only complaint is that Fabian hops into the exercise before you've had time to understand what it is and what band you might need for resistance. I tend to preview the routines before starting the exercise.

DKGreat program - great coach Have paid for 12 week training program with elastics. 20+ minutes a day. Varied exercises with good and motivating videos. Fabian does not promise unrealistic results in record time, but with dedication and good exercises you can go a long way. Works well for me and is easy to fit into everyday life.

GBBasement Beast - week 5.5 I am part way through week six of Basement Beast. I have tried many different programs, but I've never had one that effects changes so quickly. Without the usual gym equipment, for the first time in a long time, I already feel my body getting firmer, and especially in areas that weren't firm before, like my core. My clothes are fitting better, and I can see I'm starting to look better. This is a great foundation to build upon. One of my favorite parts is that the routine is 20 minutes. There's no time to get bored with the exercises, and no excuses, because we can all find 20 minutes in a day. Another favorite aspect is that the exercises are done based on time spans, rather than numbers of sets and reps. This is especially helpful because it forces you to hit your maximum capability for each exercise. Most people don't know how to choose how much resistance they should use when counting traditional reps and sets. Continuous work for a period of time takes away that guesswork. Thanks very much for putting this program together.

GBOrganic and Safer Approach To Health Basement Beast uses resistance and gravity to achive many of the same workouts found via machine workouts, but with less wear and tear on your joints. If you're morbidly obese, like I was when I started, then this is the journey for you. You can modify exercises as well to meet your physical limitations in the beginning and progressively adjust as you lose weight. Overall, I am still enjoying my weight loss/muscle building journey and Basement Beast provides a safe, judgement free way for me to "hit the gym" from the comfort of my own home and travels (hotel room).
