CAOutstanding! The thing I like the most about this program is that the training sessions are short (less than 20 minutes per day). In the past, I struggled to stick in workout programs due to the large amount of required hours per week. And don't be confused: short amount of time doesn't mean a poor quality training. It's all the opposite! Fabian's energy is contagious. Thanks you for creating such an amazing program that really works.

PLIt is definitely not for amateurs It is definitely not for amateurs. I am sure it would be usefull for someone who already is working out on quite regular basis, but not for someone who is overweight and starts from zero. There is no explanation how to do those workouts in a safe way and I almost injured my shoulder while 2nd day. I am 110kg 36yo and I can say that it is way too hard for me. Going to search for something to get the basics and than maybe go back to this one but for now I am asking for a refund.

DKGreat program - great coach Have paid for 12 week training program with elastics. 20+ minutes a day. Varied exercises with good and motivating videos. Fabian does not promise unrealistic results in record time, but with dedication and good exercises you can go a long way. Works well for me and is easy to fit into everyday life.

GBBasement Beast - week 5.5 I am part way through week six of Basement Beast. I have tried many different programs, but I've never had one that effects changes so quickly. Without the usual gym equipment, for the first time in a long time, I already feel my body getting firmer, and especially in areas that weren't firm before, like my core. My clothes are fitting better, and I can see I'm starting to look better. This is a great foundation to build upon. One of my favorite parts is that the routine is 20 minutes. There's no time to get bored with the exercises, and no excuses, because we can all find 20 minutes in a day. Another favorite aspect is that the exercises are done based on time spans, rather than numbers of sets and reps. This is especially helpful because it forces you to hit your maximum capability for each exercise. Most people don't know how to choose how much resistance they should use when counting traditional reps and sets. Continuous work for a period of time takes away that guesswork. Thanks very much for putting this program together.
