Amazing company, products and customer service!! I've used XPole since 2007 both personally and in my business and I have to say that their products are top notch. I have never had any trouble with any pole I have ordered for myself, or a student. They stand by their products with amazing customer service and continue to further our industry with world class sponsorship, education, inspiration and support.

Helpful Customer Service! The quality of the products at X Pole is always good, and the X Stages are sturdy and reliable! But when I did have an issue, the customer service was also very good and very helpful!! Roxanne H. in particular was VERY helpful! She was super polite on the phone, and was willing to help me find a few different solutions to my issue (a hex screw that wouldn't budge!). She also sent me a follow up email right away with all of the info typed out, and I thought that was just so kind and amazing!! HUGE THANK YOU TO ROXANNE!!! :)

Great Reputation and they have KLARNA! Roxanne was super helpful in answering my questions for the best pole finish for my concerns with living in a very humid climate. I just placed my order and I’m so excited! I did not do much research in poles before buying a cheap off brand one, and boy have I regretted it. I was able to use Klarna in order to make payments and I’m so thankful X-Pole USA has them as an option. I CANNOT wait for my new pole to arrive and once again, HUGE “thank you!” to Roxanne for being so knowledgeable and helpful. And THANK YOU X-Pole for making such good quality poles that every user raves about.

Quick and supportive I had an issue with my final receipt because I was charged for shipping when it supposed to free . Since this is my first experience with Xpole, I was really worried about their customer service due to previous reviews. However, Carolina Stone was amazing and kind. She fixed my issue and also helped me exchange my pole that suits my needs better. Thank you for helping me!

Absolutely incredible service Absolutely incredible service! Not only is my xpole amazing, it arrived really fast and was super easy to setup! When I had a ton of questions I gave them a phone call and Roxanne was there to answer everything I needed and offered me wonderful advice. She even emailed me later to make sure it all went to plan!
