InsulinIQ is very supportive of their clients! At 2:30 one morning I listened to Dr. Ben Bickman's forum speech at BYU. At 7:00 am I had my appointment with Richard Hart. The rest is history! My body has been waiting for this way of eating, the complete opposite of what I was taught from the 1950's on. InsulinIQ makes sure each client learns the science behind making new food changes--low Carbs, making protein a priority, and high fat. They are available nearly 24/7 to answer questions, and I had many at first and anticipate many more. Their platform to communicate is so easy and convenient, all technology. So Impressed I have been so impressed with the clear way in which Dr. Bikman explains the relationship between insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. Their platform is super intuitive and content is excellent. My daughter has PCOS and she has become a coaching client at Insulin IQ and has seen tremendous improvement in her numbers. Her coach, and the Insulin IQ team are super responsive. A great experience.

I'm not sure what I expected I'm not sure what I expected, but the group was not very responsive. It would seem that the meals are from diet doctor, so maybe I should have just signed up with them.

I recently had an ordinry experience… I recently had an ordinry experience with insuliniq. The customer service representatives are almst good, however it took a long time to resolve a issue I was experincing. My customer service rep was helpful, but I felt it wasnt enough. All in all, it wasnt the best experince ever, but it wasnt the worst either. Definetly not recomending this company to anyone, but if you absolutley have to use them then be wary of the delays and lack of knowledge from the reps. Spell and Grammar mistakes ahoy!
