They answer questions easily and explain things so that anyone can understand. I just started the coaching program and am looking forward to a healthy being next year at this time. I love Insulin IQ I love Insulin IQ. Their wealth of knowledge and experience is impressive but the best part is how accessible and friendly everyone there is, right from Dr. Bikman, through all the coaches right to their tech staff. As a moderator, Jack is so easy to reach and talk to. The IIQ Hangouts even further that feeling of inclusiveness and accessibility. The weekly podcasts and Metabolic Classrooms are a must for me. I feel that if you're going to do something you need to find out as much about it as possible because as the saying goes...."When you know better, you do better".

One week in One week in and I'm very excited about personal coaching. Scale didn't work but was quickly replace. I think the app is slightly clunky especially adding the Google Fit app and syncing. I wish the app had a section for personal coaching appointments and goals for the week. So far so good.
