GBGreat Program! If you follow the Skinny Up protocol without deviation, you WILL have results! It's the best program I've tried for losing weight in a reasonably short period of time - and I've tried many programs over the years. It's simple - narrows your options so you don't/won't cheat, and the drops keep you from being hungry. I'm sold on this program and just wish I could keep it off better. Maybe this time I'll try to do better on the Maintenance program.

GBMenopause weight finally coming off! I’ve only been taking the drops for 8 days but I’m down 7.4lbs already. I know this product works because I have been on literally every diet over the last year and couldn’t get the scale to budge . The Menopause weight and hormonal issues wouldn’t allow me to lose a lb. I’m so excited to see how the program continues. It is very hard though to stick to the very restricted food list . But it does work!

GBDecided to try this during quarantine… Decided to try this during quarantine with some family members and results were amazing for all of us! We did the 40 day protocol and I lost 25lbs in total. It was difficult in the beginning but as time goes by you get the hang of it. Although I cheated a few days with sugar you must be consistent with the guideline. My eating habits definitely changed for the better. Couple months later, I am still maintaining my weight and eating well. Definitely recommend this for a push of motivation to get to your goals!! Won’t regret it!
