The journal is a blessing! My order arrived quicker than I expected! Thank you! I am losing 1lb per day except for the day my grandson spent the day. Looking back the following day I understood why.I popped a few blueberries in my mouth as I made his lunch.Then I enjoyed all the peanut butter left on the spoon after making his sandwich.It wasn't so bad, I just remained the same weight the following day. For some reason other diets and workout… For some reason other diets and workout regimens do not work for me to lose weight or to keep it off but this product and program work exactly like it says it does and it also helps me to cut out the sweets and processed foods giving me more clean energy!
