I reached out to AC Infinity about my 6… I reached out to AC Infinity about my 6 oscillating fan that it was making a lot of noise oscillating and i was on a tight budget due to im on disability and with prove of purchase they replaced it with the second generation fan...... which is an upgrade so if anyone is looking for an oscillating fan this second generation is amazing.... top quality. AC Infinity was quick to respond and they paid for the shipping and sent it out to me super fast.... i really wasn't expecting them to replace the fan i was more expression my disappointment with the fan i purchased because up to this point the oscillating fans have been crap.... but finally a company has made i product that will last and is top quality.... i believe AC Infinity believes in making there customers happy and they have integrity and class....... i totally recommend AC Infinity if you are looking at any of there products and you will be satisfied.... great company and Thanks again AC Infinity mad respect 🙏 for your business model 👏

I had three S6 rotating fans that had… I had three S6 rotating fans that had clicking motors. You guys didn't even hesitate and sent me three new ones. I have three AC infinity tents with the 69 Pro+, heaters, humidifiers, lights and fans. You guys are insanely great. I will continue to buy from your company and will promote you all I can. It's great you guys actually back your product up. Thank you so much and you will continue to get money from me.

Hot trash This company is hot trash. Don't jump on the band wagon. Do your research look around? There's way better companies than this one And they're shipping takes way too long, especially since we pay to have it shipped, if they're going to take that long to ship something, they should eat the shipping cost but they won't, and they won't do anything for you. This company is horrible I will never buy anything from them again I have found vivosun Has better products better customer service. And you actually get your product within 2-4 days of ordering And both companies are based in the same state But there are other and better companies then AC trash

If you've purchased from them, you will first notice the shipping Pkg, top notch. The pkg is solid for protection. Just seeing this and the quality of the products has made me a die hard customer for life. The way its pkg'd shows they care for the products and want you to get if safley w/o damage.
