If you've purchased from them, you will first notice the shipping Pkg, top notch. The pkg is solid for protection. Just seeing this and the quality of the products has made me a die hard customer for life. The way its pkg'd shows they care for the products and want you to get if safley w/o damage. I ordered AC INFINITY PRODUCTS after… I ordered AC INFINITY PRODUCTS after reading reviews for months. I still haven't received my order a month later. I'm afraid to complete my set up with the humidifier as it has already been a too lengthy process and I've unfortunately lost time and money thus far... I hope once the remaing items purchased make its way to my door, I'll be able to get this working efficiently & effectively. Poor communication and unpredictable shipping.... still not showing an eta!
