GBI was so excited to receive my machine… I hadn’t realised customer service were off due to holidays. This problem was dealt with quickly on their return. It might have been useful to know that there was a big holiday as I was worried I was being ignored. I was so excited to receive my machine but sadly there seems to be a minor fault with it. This isn’t a problem as these things happen but I am struggling to find a resolution. All I want is a working machine. Customer service are hard to deal with as they send an email every 24 hours and so far after two days they have just asked me a few simple questions which could have all been asked in one email or in ten minutes on the phone. Still waiting for a resolution but I’m tempted to start trying to claim back my money from the bank as currently I have a machine which I can’t use and no one to talk to.

GBPoor on every level After receiving my f1 I had to send it back as it wasn’t working properly. Responses are painfully slow, told it’s going to take weeks to get my money back funny how it didn’t take that long to take my money. The whole time it seems they are dragging their feet and reluctant to give me my money back as now they are trying to tell me that they didn’t receive my parcel when I have proof and photographic evidence from the delivery company that it was delivered, but yet they still denied receiving it over a week ago. This company is poor on every level from product to customer service.

GBXtool SCAM… I purchased a D8 with additional cabling in January and have not received it yet in March. Seller is not responsive. CC company is trying to recover $, but, no luck so far. Site and company appear to be a total scam….

GBAmazing support xTool support has been amazing since I bought my S1. They are quick to reply for every case I have put in and are very friendly and helpful. Shelley really helped me work through an issue that took a few weeks to resolve but she and the team continued to check in and never let my support ticket sit. Definitely been a great experience and so glad that I picked an xTool for my first laser.
