GBAtezr P20 Plus is a powerful machine & good for beginnner too. I found the P20 Plus on the big online place so I decided to look at Atezr's website first. They had a better price and faster shipping and helpful information for download, etc. so that was a great first impression. They shipped immediately with communication too. I did contact customer service about something and they helped me and were quick to reply each time too. The P20 is very well packaged and the parts are great fit and finish. It worked perfectly with the first test. I did like that somebody on a forum had a nicer interface for the hand control if you want to "mod" it. The accessories available for Atezr appear to be top quality as well. Overall it seems like I made the right choice between it and the other 5 or 6 top machines!

GBVery impressed with my Atezr P20 Plus... I am very impressed with my Atezr P20 Plus laser. The performance is very impressive. In my tests it meets or exceeds the performance of the $10,000+ Epilog Fusion M2 40w CO2 lasers we have at the school I teach at (aside from etching glass without a coating, but that wasn't expected because diode vs CO2). Also, Atezr's customer service has been very responsive and proactive about keeping me updated about the shipping status of the accessories I ordered with my laser. They were both on backorder at the time of my initial order and Atezr customer service reps have kept me updated every step of the way. Top notch customer service!

CAThe worst Customer Service I experienced Their customer service is the worst I have experienced in many years. On the third day of use, the machine was working at 50% power in engraving and cutting. After sending countless emails and videos without receiving a coherent response, I requested the RMA and the return of my money. Since they ignored my claim and stopped responding, I sought PayPal protection but unfortunately, they only protect you if the paid item is not received, but not if it is defective. Based on this experience, I recommend not buying these machines if you need technical support or a warranty for the sale.

GBNo support The website phone number does not work. Emails get you in a loop from hell. There is a 3-7 day delay in correspondence and you never hear back from their "professional" for assistance. It is difficult to get any help and impossible to do a return.

GBBroken laser, long resolution Ordered an L2 36W laser which was delivered promptly. Assembly was quick, fit and finish is nice, but the laser head wouldn't move as expected in every direction - basic home function failed with no obstructions and it moves freely by hand. Sent a video of the problem and a detailed list of troubleshooting steps completed to tech support. It took a while to get tech support to agree that the unit was defective but wouldn't provide an RMA despite being within their return policy window. It took a long time, but they made it right.
