Room for improvement I'm not sure I would have ever gotten my order had I not called after a week to check on it. Customer service did return my call and they said I would be getting a confirmation email when the item shipped but that never happened either. I would say there's room for improvement.

DIY is a Ghost Like other reviewers, I ordered parts, they were never received, and they do not respond to phone or email. (It appears the phone is disconnected.) Don't waste your time ordering from DIY!
