confused and pissed off I received an order from express med. however I never placed an order with them, nor had I ever heard of them until I received a box in the mail. when I called their customer service they failed to say in their recorded message that they were closed. they just continued to keep me o hold saying that "someone would be right with me".

Easy, Reliable and Quick Service! Had to order new medicated foam bandages. Unable to find at local pharmacies. ExpressMed was the first option to come up when doing an online search and although skeptical at first, was SO glad we used them! Order was timely, price was right and VERY much appreciated the quick, easy and reliable service. Will use again (and currently are looking at other items they offer)!

First time customer First time customer. Express Med was very responsive during the initial phone contact to obtain information about customer ordering procedure and policies. Order was easily placed online. Shipped quick. Good packaging. A mishap by UPS caused some delivery issues, but EM got it sorted out quickly. Products were as described and nothing was damaged or missing. Overall, very good experience.

I'm very happy I'm very happy. I ordered this walker on Thursday, it was shipped Friday and received Sunday (2 days prior to the earliest expected delivery date) all through the free shipping. I didn't have to pay a lot extra for such fast delivery like on other websites. And the largest website that touts its selection and delivery did not have this product available for 1 to 2 months. Great service and exactly what I needed to allow my husband to practice standing from his wheelchair. Walking will be next.
