I was very impressed by this company I was very impressed by this company. I ordered an EHOB cushion for my father who is in assisted living unfortunately the cushion deflated after a couple days. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement immediately. I will definitely continue to order from your company and I just wanted your customers and people thinking of purchasing from you to know that you stand behind your products you sell. Like other reviews, it happened to me After placing my order, I quickly received an email from ExpressMed stating my order was cancelled and a refund was credited to my account. ExpressMed charged my card for an item that was never shipped. Also, there is no refund credit showing on my account. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back. If ExpressMed wants to protect their Brand image, they need to proactively ensure refunds are processed immediately. Such delay gives an appearance this company is a scam. I hope they do the right thing for all customers put in this situation.

There was a error with my original order and it was rectified immediately!! The order was via a well known store with the blue letter and they relayed the wrong information! Good service and product I picked out the merchandise I desired and I believe it may have left the warehouse that same day. It arrived within 3 days (today) and thus far I am pleased with the product and the service. The company seems to care about its customers. I received regular updates while my purchase was in transit. These folks know what they are doing.

Satisfaction beyond expectation I ordered test strips from ExpressMed, Prodogy strips that are hard to get locally. A pharmacy offered to order them for me for $30 per 50. Expressed sold me 200 strips for $40, shipping included! I will definitely be a repeat customer.
