Price is competitive and the shipping is so fast that it makes ordering easy. One time I got a bad roll that went hard before I used it. I called Express med and they replaced it at no charge. I am a customer for life and you should be too. They practice quality products and customer service!!!!!!

First time customer First time customer. Express Med was very responsive during the initial phone contact to obtain information about customer ordering procedure and policies. Order was easily placed online. Shipped quick. Good packaging. A mishap by UPS caused some delivery issues, but EM got it sorted out quickly. Products were as described and nothing was damaged or missing. Overall, very good experience.

Good service and product I picked out the merchandise I desired and I believe it may have left the warehouse that same day. It arrived within 3 days (today) and thus far I am pleased with the product and the service. The company seems to care about its customers. I received regular updates while my purchase was in transit. These folks know what they are doing.

Easy, Reliable and Quick Service! Had to order new medicated foam bandages. Unable to find at local pharmacies.
