Like other reviews, it happened to me After placing my order, I quickly received an email from ExpressMed stating my order was cancelled and a refund was credited to my account. ExpressMed charged my card for an item that was never shipped. Also, there is no refund credit showing on my account. Now I have to go through the hassle of getting my money back. If ExpressMed wants to protect their Brand image, they need to proactively ensure refunds are processed immediately. Such delay gives an appearance this company is a scam. I hope they do the right thing for all customers put in this situation.

Easy, Reliable and Quick Service! Had to order new medicated foam bandages. Unable to find at local pharmacies. ExpressMed was the first option to come up when doing an online search and although skeptical at first, was SO glad we used them! Order was timely, price was right and VERY much appreciated the quick, easy and reliable service. Will use again (and currently are looking at other items they offer)!

Ms .Mona Ms .Mona Was very gracious and EXTREMELY SUPPORTIVE! Great voice and such a lovely spirit! I live in NYC and would Rather have my medical supplies delivered by this company! There was a error with my original order and it was rectified immediately!! The order was via a well known store with the blue letter and they relayed the wrong information! I was very impressed by this company I was very impressed by this company. I ordered an EHOB cushion for my father who is in assisted living unfortunately the cushion deflated after a couple days. I contacted the company and they sent a replacement immediately. I will definitely continue to order from your company and I just wanted your customers and people thinking of purchasing from you to know that you stand behind your products you sell.
