Our wonderful neighbor had to complete the job which should have been done by the vendor assigned to do the job. I was originally charged $120.00, and they "discounted" me $20.00; not anywhere near enough to satisfy me. I requested a 40 percent refund. The vendor took 20 minutes maximum time to do the work. The entire length of the south portion of our driveway was left untouched. We have a two car garage; the car parked on the south end of the garage would not be able to exit down the driveway for that side. At $120.00, he made at least $100.00 an hour; a overcharge to be sure based on the lack of completion of the job. I WILL NOT be using this company for any future services going forward. I just happened to check my bank balance and noticed that NO $20.00 discount was provided as of yet. It is now 11:56 PM CST, and I had communicated my great dissatisfaction with their company over 10 hours ago! They promised to deliver a $20.00 discount at that time. They have yet to deliver on that promise! STAY AWAY FROM PLOWZ & MOWZ!

Nobody ever came to mow but I was (over)charged right away Ordered service, was quoted a price, immediately charged, for an amount about 10% higher than what was in the confirmation email, nobody came. Called to complain, was given a new service date, nobody came AGAIN. Now I'm contesting the transaction through my bank, trying to get my money back... I should have called a trustworthy local company right away, these guys sit in New York and talk a big game but aren't ready to deliver.

Great First Time Experience My experience as a first time user was great. Even with the wonderful customer service assuring me that my job request was picked up, it was still nerve wracking waiting all day for a crew to show, but they did, and boy was it worth the wait. I was so lucky to get 3 exceptional gentlemen who did an amazing job under extreme conditions - i couldn't be happier and will use again. Thank you.

Absolutely terrible every time Absolutely terrible every time. They take hours to get to you even for an ASAP request. They missed a whole section of my driveway, tore up my lawn and left inches of snow. When I contacted customer support I got a glorified “oh well not our problem” I’ve had many issues with this company. They’re overpriced, don’t care about customer satisfaction or property damage. I would rather use a spoon to dig myself out of feet of snow than use them again.

Completely ignored the scheduled date Scheduled a yard cleanup and lawn mow for the end of May. Instead they came almost two weeks earlier and proceeded to mow during No Mow May while also completely skipping the yard cleanup they were supposed to do first. After they checked the job they realized they came the wrong date but the yard was already partially done by the time I was able to stop them & all I received from the contractors was a half ass apology. For over $400 the service was atrocious & I had to fight for a refund.
