Completely ignored the scheduled date Scheduled a yard cleanup and lawn mow for the end of May. Instead they came almost two weeks earlier and proceeded to mow during No Mow May while also completely skipping the yard cleanup they were supposed to do first. After they checked the job they realized they came the wrong date but the yard was already partially done by the time I was able to stop them & all I received from the contractors was a half ass apology. For over $400 the service was atrocious & I had to fight for a refund.

Love the convenience of Plowz & Mowz Love the convenience of Plowz & Mowz. The price isn't bad, if you use it every other week. My biggest criticism is the consistency. Many weeks, I get messages from the company saying that they've had "communication" problems, or that it's gotten "too late" in the day, or that there are weather related delays. Very frustrating to pay as much as I do, and not know whether my lawn will actually get cut. The good news is that they fix any problems that come up with the mow, and that communication with the client is good.

Willingness to serve Bad weather conditions are happening often in the province I live and the citizens are obliged to clear the snow outside their houses, for not causing accident to anyone passing by. But the time is few and I am busy all the time! Now with their services I am done with this problem and relieved from keeping an eye outside all the time.

Crappy job for $228 for 1/2 acre called… Crappy job for $228 for 1/2 acre called in middle of service and tried to charge more. Left hedge clippings laying on ground, didn't trim under tress and I was told my opinion on the service was optional. Good set up to get your money, lousy service, and completely arrogant and unprofessional customer service. Never will use them again.
