GBExcellent customer service from Ian at… Excellent customer service from Ian at Dorema Awnings. Our dealer was closed during covid however Ian arranged for our awning to be collected and repaired, even when FedEx messed up the collections they went out there way to arrange the repair which was done the same day and returned to me. Couldn’t fault the service

GBShocking customer service, Dorema uk. I bought a Dorema air awning costing around £1600 i'm very happy with the awning but the 4 separate upright poles that hold the front up were all the same length meaning 2 didn't reach the roof, i got in touch with Dorema uk and was told (by Darren) i hadn't put it up right,i tried to tell him 2 of the poles should be longer than the other 2 but he wouldn't have it, a very arrogant man, in the end i was right and they sent me the 2 longer replacement poles. Shocking customer service, i love the product but wouldn't buy anything else from this company now.

NZWow great awning Wow. People don't seem to like but my Dorema size 8 for my swift archway has been exemplary and withstood 120km++ winds, never let's rain in, has been so far perfect. I had to readjust the awning pegs as 1st time was v hastily put up, and I really like pegs and plastic ladder things that hold. So far ... 9 months in and half way thru Winter, it's been great awning. Just put down pallets, covered w ply and then marine carpet yesterday. Brilliant. I've got another room. Yay. PG.

GBAppalling customer service Appalling customer service, would give no stars if we could. Bought an awning and the stitching came away. Dorema doesn’t give a flying fig once they have your money. Dorema blaming us putting the awning up incorrectly. Got to pay for the awning to be sent back to them, even though we ordered via a shop. HOW MUCH WILL THAT COST!!!! Will never buy or recommend them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

GBPurchased a Dorema air awning a few… Purchased a Dorema air awning a few months ago. Used 3 times and had issues with water coming into the awning. Rain was coming in through the ties on the curtain seams. The seam had also come away from from rail. We have contacted Dorema with the issues and they blamed us for not putting the awning up correctly. They denied liability and said the awning wasn’t pegged down even tho the pictures clearly show the awning pegged down. The awning is not fit for purpose. Shocking customer service. Stay clear.
