BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE! Absolutely horrible. They sell products that are hazardous to your health. We have been trying for more than 4+ years to get a resolution for a sauna that emits unsafe levels of formaldehyde!

Crooks and liars! Avoid this company!! Company ordered wrong pool. Said they’d compensate for all of the trouble with store credit. Kept dodging our calls and e-mails. I am expecting the store credit, as previously requested. This company has lied and avoided! I have phone logs and emails…the issues have yet to be resolved. Terrible business and jay Backer is a crook

Awful awful company Awful awful company. I do not generally leave reviews but the lack of professionalism when speaking with who I'm assuming was "Jay" was astounding. If you want a refund, call your credit card company directly to file a dispute. They are much more helpful. I was charged almost $4,000 and never received what I ordered. Terrible terrible business. Do not order from them!

Poor experience with Family Fun Pool. Placed an order for two items, they billed for both and only shipped one item. After numerous contacts they finally shipped the additional item weeks late. Upon receipt, one of the items was of poor quality and the other the wrong size. When I tried to return they would no longer reply to numerous requests for an RA number. Finally had to file a dispute with the credit card company in order to get our money back. Due to lack of customer service, lack of responsiveness and poor products would highly recommend NOT doing business with Family Fun Pool.

Same as many-poor response. Same as many! Last year wanted to order a new sand filter valve. Some delays in communication and then Jay pulled up an old email and sent a hose I had ordered the year before. I did get the valve, but had no use for the hose he sent. Emailed, called, sent through the Support site, requesting a return authorization label to send it back. NO response personally, and each time I inquire on email it says "Your request(new request # each time) has been updated. Guess I'll just try to sell the hose on the internet to someone who actually needs one like it!!
