GBI am disappointed in the new …scheduling I am disappointed in the new scheduling since returning to the studio. although my trainer accommodates my workout, I feel rushed in an effort to afford enough time for cleaning between clients. Twenty minutes is not enough time to discuss progress, any changes that need to be made or scheduling.

GBMost efficient strength regimen I’ve ever experienced This is the best strength and muscle-building regimen I’ve ever experienced. It’s not easy, but it is efficient, as muscle success (total muscular fatigue) is achieved purposefully, usually in about 90 seconds, and sufficient recovery time leads to strength gains. It’s also safe, as each exercise is coached on a machine. Stick with it and you’ll be impressed with your progress.

GBGoing on my 4th year soon Going on my 4th year soon, Really Like the guy that I work Out with as my trainer. I only go once a week because that's all I can afford but I still see that a fit and I try to stay as active as I can during the week, 1st join to have a female that ends she left and Ever since have this wonderful trainer Ray in Long Beach, he keeps it real and I've read other reviews and I'm the same way this is the only workout if ever stuck with consistently because I have to hold myself accountable you pay for it you know you gotta go in and get your workout and it's a good thing but you feel great And gained so much strength, And stamina So happy I started with the perfect workout as my main workout!!

GBI had an ordinry experience with… I had an ordinry experience with theperfectworkout.com - nothign special. They are pretty mediocore: their services are avarage and their customer support is just ok. It took me some time to find a product and compare prices - it could have been easier. All in all, there is nothing that really stands out and makes them a must-choose alternative. I wouldn't recomment them to anyone unless they are looking for somwting relly specific.

GBI started the Perfect Workout Program… I started the Perfect Workout Program last October in Studio and Transitioned to Virtual Training since March of this year. I turned 67 this year and feel stronger and in better overall condition than when I was in my 40's!! The virtual training has surpassed my expectations with steadily increasing levels of challenge and continuously building my strength. My trainer (Kyle) is very skilled and knowledgeable with a focus on form and injury prevention while building my strength. I could not be more pleased with the program and plan to continue. I even got my husband started a few weeks ago--he is hooked. Virtual Training Rocks!
