GBI started the Perfect Workout Program… I started the Perfect Workout Program last October in Studio and Transitioned to Virtual Training since March of this year. I turned 67 this year and feel stronger and in better overall condition than when I was in my 40's!! The virtual training has surpassed my expectations with steadily increasing levels of challenge and continuously building my strength. My trainer (Kyle) is very skilled and knowledgeable with a focus on form and injury prevention while building my strength. I could not be more pleased with the program and plan to continue. I even got my husband started a few weeks ago--he is hooked. Virtual Training Rocks!

GBI was very reluctant to begin virtual… I was very reluctant to begin virtual training after the pandemic hit. I did not think that it would be as effective as working out in the fitness studio. I was wrong! The trainers are knowledgeable, guiding me through a personalized program using weights through the Zoom platform, and I love it! Madeline and Francesca are top notch trainers!

GBI've recently used… I've recently used theperfectworkout.com and had an almight almost good experience. The services they provided were satisfactory and I didn't have any major issues. Although there were some minor hiccups, it was mostly a smooth experience. The customer service was quite helpful and responded quite quickly. I'd have to say that it was an averge experince overall and I'm glad I chose this company. The website is quite easy to navigate which helps and the service was top notch. All in all it could have been better, but it was good enough.

And you are not alone, your trainer is always by your side, watching you, correcting you and motivating you in the exact moment when it is so easy to give up. And the best part, you invest only 20 mins twice a week and the returns are seemingly priceless.
