Most efficient strength regimen I’ve ever experienced This is the best strength and muscle-building regimen I’ve ever experienced. It’s not easy, but it is efficient, as muscle success (total muscular fatigue) is achieved purposefully, usually in about 90 seconds, and sufficient recovery time leads to strength gains. It’s also safe, as each exercise is coached on a machine. Stick with it and you’ll be impressed with your progress.

SO WORTH IT!! After two years of attending The Perfect Workout, I may be two years older, but I certainly don't FEEL that way. As a SENIOR senior citizen, I am stronger and weigh less (without even trying) than I did in Jr. High. I have also avoided knee replacement surgery. I won't lie---it IS a challenge!! I accuse SD (my trainer) of trying to torture me, but I wouldn't have it any other way. She's a true professional who knows exactly how to push and encourage for the maximum benefit.. Besides, one can do ANYTHING for 20 minutes. The Perfect Workout is an investment that pays enormous dividends!!

Best workout It's been 3 months I joined perfect workout. I see a huge shift in my energy, strength and surprisingly also in my mindset. If you are determined to transform, this is the perfect workout. And you are not alone, your trainer is always by your side, watching you, correcting you and motivating you in the exact moment when it is so easy to give up. And the best part, you invest only 20 mins twice a week and the returns are seemingly priceless.

My trainer Kimberly was great My trainer Kimberly was great. I enjoyed the workout. However, a hernia I have become irritated and painful. I will be having surgery. When I tried to get a refund, or even a partial refund, on prepaid classes, no one cared to help. I am very disappointed and surprised. I will not be referring anyone.
