Great company I’ve ordered the same rope before and was pleased again with the quality. The Customer Service department told me when I ordered that the rope was out of stock, but would be available in a few weeks, and asked if I would be okay waiting. I especially appreciated their professional and concern for my order because it was very small. Another company probably wouldn’t have given it the same level of care.

Happy customer!! Great customer service! They didn't have enough rope to fulfill my order, so they sent me what they had (shipped out the same day I placed the order) and put in an order to their supplier for the rest. I had my second shipment in no time.

Great quality and fast shipping They offer 2400' spools of cord!! This is awesome when you're doing a huge macrame piece. And the quality is very nice! Their shipping was amazing! I ordered late Friday night and received it Sunday evening! I will be ordering from them again!
