Not even close to size. The filters were supposed to be Merv 13 20x25x4. The actual size is 19-7/16 x 24-7/16 x 3-11/16. Needless to say they did not fit my filterbox and air can freely flow around the filter. Compared them to the Honeywell filter that came with my furnace and that one was sized as labeled. Who knows what the actual Merv rating is on that filter if they "cheat" on the size. Edit: After contacting Filterbuy, they have offered a full refund.

Low price filters here are better than… Low price filters here are better than comparable filters from big box stores. Before filterbuy, my filters were bowing inward. The cardboard frame is very sturdy keeping my filters straight after a month. Which leads me to the subscription, it's a good and easy reminder to change. I'm an HVAC technician, I'm happy with this service and I recommend them all the time.

Absolutely great customer service Absolutely great customer service. I purchased six MERV13 filters before learning that the filter could damage my HVAC because the motor wasn't strong enough to handle them. Four months later I called FilterBuy on the off chance that I could return them for credit. The customer service rep was was not only friendly, she gave me a total refund. I offered to return them at my expense, and she told me to donate them, which I did.
