Great Customer Service I ordered 12x12 filters and when I received them, they had shipped 10x10 by mistake. I called and they to care of the mistake quickly. I received the correct filter the next day. Great customer service. Thank you for the quick response. Highly recommend Filter buy.

Smaller Than Standard 20x20x4 Filter Size The positive: good price and fast shipping. The negative: Their 20x20x4 Filters are much smaller than 20x20x4 filters made by the name brands. As a result, they don't fit properly in my air handler. Rather than pay to send them back, I am going to glue a cardboard frame to them to make them fit properly. In addition, the manufacturing quality of the filters are suspect. Name brands have spacers that keep the pleats evenly spaced. These Filterbuy filter pleats are not evenly spaced and the pleats are bunched up near the edges. They are also glued into place and cannot be adjusted. Save yourself the hassle and get name brand filters or be sure to verify that the ACTUAL size of the filter will fit your application.

Avoid at all costs They sell filters that say they are a certain size (20x20x4) for example but they send filters that are 19.25x19.25x3.25. When I complained, they said to read the fine print on their website.

Good Customer Service I love that I can get these filters when places I go to run out but they didn't package or box these for protection. They just tightly shrunk wrapped them in plastic w/ a label and that's it. UPS delivered mine today and one of the outside ones was crushed, which I suppose was their fault, not the company. These filters are delicate so to be shipped, unpackaged w/ a tight shrink wrap on a UPS truck with heavy boxes can be problematic. I'm so disappointed however, the company did reach out to make things right and I respect that. I initially put a one star review but that's not fair. I give them 5 now because their customer service is on top of it not to mention they monitor their reviews. I'll order again from them. Second chances are always a good thing.

Ordered custom filters (15.5 x 29.5 x… EDIT 2/1/22 Filterbuy reached out because of my review - and shipped a new replacement set free of charge. They mentioned they would do this without review - so my bad, I should have reached out. New filters are great and arrived fine. Raising to 5 stars from original 3! Original review: Ordered custom filters (15.5 x 29.5 x 2) from them. Fast shipping, got in 4-5 days for reasonable cost. Filters fit just perfect with the custom fit. However, the filters are seemingly of very poor quality, and were heavily damaged during shipping. The sides of the filter easily detach from the cardboard (weak glue.) Removing two stars for cheap construction and not providing enough box protection to prevent UPS/Fedex from destroying.
