Never again Ordered and when they arrived they did not fit. Was given the same song and dance another reviewer was, that it is my fault that I did not measure and that not making the filters to the correct size “is industry standard” Be warned 1) Any returns require YOU THE CUSTOMER to pay shipping 2)They record all calls but never inform you of that 3)They are unable to take responsibility or blame for even the smallest thing they do wrong NEVER BUY FROM THEM! Not even close to size. The filters were supposed to be Merv 13 20x25x4. The actual size is 19-7/16 x 24-7/16 x 3-11/16. Needless to say they did not fit my filterbox and air can freely flow around the filter. Compared them to the Honeywell filter that came with my furnace and that one was sized as labeled. Who knows what the actual Merv rating is on that filter if they "cheat" on the size. Edit: After contacting Filterbuy, they have offered a full refund.

Bought 20x20x4 filters. They're not even close to that size. Bought 20x20x4 filters. These are a standard size available at any hardware store. Typically 19 5/8 x19 5/8. Filterbuys were 19 3/8 x 19 3/8 and weren't same thickness either. (smaller all around) So needless to say, they don't fit. Not sure how they can list it at 20" when it's much closer to 19". Very misleading on their website. Had to pay for return myself.

Avoid at all costs They sell filters that say they are a certain size (20x20x4) for example but they send filters that are 19.25x19.25x3.25. When I complained, they said to read the fine print on their website.

Ordered custom filters (15.5 x 29.5 x… EDIT 2/1/22 Filterbuy reached out because of my review - and shipped a new replacement set free of charge. They mentioned they would do this without review - so my bad, I should have reached out. New filters are great and arrived fine. Raising to 5 stars from original 3! Original review: Ordered custom filters (15.5 x 29.5 x 2) from them. Fast shipping, got in 4-5 days for reasonable cost. Filters fit just perfect with the custom fit. However, the filters are seemingly of very poor quality, and were heavily damaged during shipping. The sides of the filter easily detach from the cardboard (weak glue.) Removing two stars for cheap construction and not providing enough box protection to prevent UPS/Fedex from destroying.
