GBGreat Products and Great Customer Service I spoke with a US water systems sales person multiple times. They help guide me to choosing the best system for my application. Once received installation was super easy straight forward. At one point we did have some questions and were easily able to get someone on the phone from tech support (on a Saturday) to help address the questions. The tech support person was super knowledgeable and explained things well. The system has been up and running for almost 6 months. The water quality is great and I love the app control and monitoring of the system.

GBGreat service Great service. Called them about a part broken during shipping. They took care of it immediately. You see things are always going to happen beyond our control. Sometimes no matter how well packaged, issues still occur. That is life. However, what we must look at is how well a situation is mitigated and resolved. This shows a company and the people they hire are taught to care.

GBPurchased a $5,000 commercial sediment… Purchased a $5,000 commercial sediment filter from US water systems. We were mislead about shipping from the beginning. Communication and follow up with this company is dismal at best. When we finally received the product after holding up a very large commercial job. They forgot to send the power cord for the $250 digital upgraded head. We will never use them again and recommend you dont. But if you do, make sure to to order months, not weeks in advance! And if you like to use tracking numbers for your shipment. Go elsewhere!

GBI installed my new US Water Aquapurion… I installed my new US Water Aquapurion 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis System a couple months ago. I set it up to filter to countertop faucet and kitchen sink and also to service my water and ice on my refrigerator. This is truly a game changer with the quality and clarity of my drinking water and ice. Fairly easy to install. Rather than installing under the sink and use up 1/2 of my storage space I chose to install it in my lower level utility room. This will make it much easier for future filter changes as needed.

GBVery happy with our Trax compact… Very happy with our Trax compact system. Replaced a Kinetico system and even with costs for some re-plumbing saved thousands. Had to make a couple calls for items missed on original shipment but overall shipping was fast and dealing over the phone was easy.
