GBSent to Billing Address instead of Shipping Address 1st order no email confirmation. They sent it to the Billing Address instead of the Shipping Address. Re-ordered as I am seasonal and needed it here. They did exactly the same thing, shipped it to the Billing Address. If you need the item at a 2nd residence do Not use this company

GBExcellent customer service Excellent customer service. I ordered the wrong refrigerator filters by mistake and they were happy to send me the correct ones for the cost of shipping. I would use them again

GBOrdered 4 filters on 1/26/23 and… Ordered 4 filters on 1/26/23 and requested a tracking number, No tracking number was sent but one showed up on their site on 2/4/23. Fedex tracking showed "In transit" but without a "Ship date" through 2/14/23. Fedex cancels after 7 days in this status. I wrote support at purerdrop.com. They said they would re-ship by a faster method, using usps. The package arrived as ordered on 2/16/2023. The post office also left a card saying another package from the same shipper was at their station but required $24 postage due. Bottom line: I got what I ordered but had to stay on top of it. No phone support but email was responsive.

GBI placed my order I placed my order. They don't send a confirmation email. PayPal sent me a confirmation a label was created. After a few days it still didn't show ship so I sent the company an email. They said that it was just shipped. Then I went to confirmation and it showed it was shipped. Then a couple days later showed up all six filters I ordered. So I believe these other reviews are canceled their orders too soon. But now since it's such a new company my husband's nervous about using the filters. And we're trying to research to see this won't be bad quality water.

GBI was nervous after reading reviews… I was nervous after reading reviews here. My credit card was immediately charged, but I did not get a confirmation email or receipt. I wrote to customer service, and after not hearing back for a few days, I decided that I was going to dispute the charge the following Monday. The filters showed up over the weekend as advertised. Customer service emailed me back in imperfect English, but was very informative with tracking info etc, and thanked me for the business. Minor negatives: - Customer service doesn't automatically contact you and is somewhat slow to respond Positives + Initially, these seem to work like the factory filters. Will monitor. + Good, straightforward customer service + Excellent price compared to factory filters As long as the filters continue to work as advertised, I'll buy from purerdrop again.
