Purchased through paypal for the filters (to be safe since I read the reviews stating it may not be legit) but it was a good deal for 4 filters for my whirlpool refrigerator I could not pass up! tracking was sent on 11/3/2022 and I was delivered on 11/10/2022. Highly recommended!

Great communication Great communication. We ended up ordering the wrong filters. We told them what had happened and they had us send them the fridge model number and they helped us find correct filters. Shipped new filters promptly, which fit and seem to be working well. Definitely planning on ordering from them again.

Puerdrop.com is a scam...not sure there… Puerdrop.com is a scam...not sure there the 4 star reviews are from I ordered water filters from purerdrop.com, they charged my card immed..then got a scammy unprofesssional email in broken english email with a bunch of other emails cc'd that product was discontinued and they will send out a replacement. I just disputed charge and will have to just stick to amazon

A great Company to do business with. I ordered and received the wrong water filter for my Whirlpool from another company. They wouldn't honor a return without a $15.00 charge. I went to Purerdrop and order the same product and received what I ordered in a short amount of time. I am happy with the quality of the product, and I am very happy with the friendly, courteous service I received. I would recommend Purerdrop to my family and friends.

I placed and order for some filters for… I placed and order for some filters for my whirlpool fridge. Placed order on 01/24/2023. I didn't get any confirmation until I brought it up with PayPal and was sent a screenshot of my order. Customer service.person that emailed me said to "be patient". I got a notification a week.later.saying the label was created. Waited couple.more.days and no response from customer service regarding order update. Cancelled order on 2/5 after speaking with PayPal. I'm just glad I used paypal which allowede to get my money back from these scam artists.
