Wrong filters sent/No reply from company **EDIT** The day after leaving this review (day 6) the company reached out to me and offered to send the correct filters. Unfortunately, at this point I had already ordered filters from another company. They were very apologetic and credited my card for the purchase. I ordered a 5 pack of filters for my ice machine. They arrived quickly. However, the wrong filters were sent. I've messaged them through their website, emailed them at both the email listed on their website and the email included on my receipt. The only phone number listed is in China (even though the product shipped from California). It's been 5 days and no response! I've already filed a dispute with my credit card. Don't buy from them.

Excellent tasting water with no after taste. So, I was solely a pur water filter person. Since being discontinued, I read many reviews on cheaper brands. My issue was more of the taste of the water. Yes, this is a pricey filer, I will admit. However, the taste of the water is phenomenal. Clean, crisp and no after taste. Since I only replace this filter every 6 months, I will stick with this filter.

They don't even know Rhode Island is a… They don't even know Rhode Island is a state! I am trying to order filters and in the address area, there is every state to select in the drop down except Rhode Island. Hello!! We may be the tiniest but we do exist as part of the 50! SMH

Pricey for what it is The price for these is far above what my old fridge filters were (for a Samsung). It does what it's supposed to do, just wish there were some cheaper and reliable alternatives.

I have had 2 orders with them UPDATE: (06/20/2023) I bought a new name brand filter and it had the same issue. A repair person came out today and informed me that the water filter housing was bad. I am waiting for a new one to be installed. Original: (06/14/2023) I have had 2 orders with them. The first order 5 of the 6 filters worked out of the box. One did not. I just started to use the second order of 6 and have gone through 3 of them - no water flow. I will check the other 3 filters to see if they work - if not I will go to the local store and buy a brand name filter for the same price as the 6 pack - but it will work out of the box.
