Shipping and Arrival From when I started using this company a year ago and they were prompt on time with having the package out before 4:00 Eastern standard Time. The past four times I have ordered they just print out the label and I'm lucky if it makes it to the post office that day. Per their website it says all attempts will be made to ship same day as long as the order is received before 4:00 Eastern standard Time. Now I say take that with a grain of salt maybe they should change their shipping response to "whenever we get around to it."

Super helpful/Patient staff I was super confused and the staff literally help me with probably 30+ emails back-and-forth to help me figure out how I can place my order and get it because I was having trouble because the website was saying that I had an account already set up. This Company Is Phenomenal! By far one of the more professional and customer-first vendors in this market. USPS crushed my package and has been giving me the run around about the package being insured. Ultra Peptides has an extremely clear return/refund policy but due to my issues with USPS, and the fact this company values their customers, ultra peptides took care of me in a more creative way. And they respond to EVERY email in a timely manner. Their business model is a great companion to their high quality product line. Thank you

Worst experience I email them telling… Worst experience I email them telling them where is my tracking. Because I only received 5 out of 4 products so I email them again right away and correct myself. And guess what they make a big deal of a 30$ product and block lmao. Dude I just wanted my product I could care less about the money..luckily I dont refer any of my business to this company. This is not a way you treat customer especially vets.

Their product is really weak and the… Their product is really weak and the exact same company as Top Peptide(s?). Little to no activity in the vial. Disappointing. If their product ever improves-I’ll think about getting it again. Shipping was quick and it went smooth, the product just wasn’t viable enough for adequate research.
