An Actual Scam My experience details the office of Kathryn Thomas. I would urge nobody come here if you can help it. The doctor will actually charge YOU $25 for THEM being behind if you’d like to reschedule. It’s absolute nonsense but they say their rescheduling policy is strict. If you can’t wait for for over an hour past your appointment, head elsewhere. If they’re behind, you will pay to reschedule.

Exceptional service from Sydney and Brook in the Lakeside Mall I visited Sydney in the Lenscrafter store in Macy’s and Brook in the Lenscrafter store in the food court, both in the Lakeside Mall. They provided excellent service … all for free! I had stepped on my Oakley prescription half-frame glasses and broken the band that retains the lens in one eye. It took about 30 minutes to fix as the broken band was fiddly to remove and the lens was twisted slightly.

I love the selection of frames I love the selection of frames, especially designer frames and the 60% off frames and lenses. I bought two pair (regular and sunglasses), and the price was less than the cost of using my vision insurance. Also my prescription was progressive so I had to replace the 1st set because I couldn't read with them. They adjusted the reading level upward and now I can read perfectly. The replacement was easily done by phone with return postage paid, and the new frames and lenses were received within 10 days. Note: Lenscrafter stores are a separate enterprise from Lenscrafters.com, and you cannot return frames and lenses bought online to a store. Also the online pricing is cheaper than the store pricing since the stores have optometrists to assist you and provide measurements specific to the frames you select. If you need alot of help, recommend using the actual stores. Otherwise I was very pleased with my new designer frames and service!

I went to the Mission Viejo Mall… I went to the Mission Viejo Mall LensCrafters. I needed my glasses adjusted. Roger did an amazing job on both pair of glasses. He was polite and very attentive also. I would highly recommend this store if you need glasses. C. Aufhammer

If you want contacts, don't move loactions I got contacts at lens crafters in riverside in one appointment. Piece of cake. Then I moved a year or so later and had to renew my contact lense prescription. Go to a new lens crafters location and get a trial pair of the same exact contacts I'ver worn for years. Doc tells me try those for 2 weeks then come back, and he won't finalize the prescription until I come back. Well life got busy. I don't have time to go back to just hear, yup, those same exact lenses from lense crafters still work on the same set of eyes a year later. The doc saw me put them on before I left, and I said yup I remember these they feel great. I put them on the very first try and all. Now I'm too busy with work and a newborn to take 2 hours out of my day driving to a completely pointless follow up appointment to 'finalize' my prescription since it's a different location. Seems like a money grab to me. I just wasted my initial appointment fee and got no refunds for that. So my advice, if you want contact lenses just make sure to never move locations unless you want 2 extra appointments per year. I'll just stick to glasses and save money.
