GBperfect customer service I could not say enough good things about the person I talked to through Facebook messenger! Awa was the kindest and always kept me updated in the time I was waiting for a response, they met ever need and answered all of my questions and helped me with getting the perfect bottles for my little one! I’m very excited to share with everyone how amazing this company is to be in contact with and I can not wait to try out my new bottles!

GBBreast Pump Adapters The breast pump adapters contained in the kit has 3 different sizes (1each). Well as you know women have 2 breasts and actually need 2 adapters that fit their pump. I looked online to buy a second adapter that fits my pump. The website says to call the customer service number. The number requested my address and info like I was going to be able to receive a second adapter. Only for me to receive an email minutes later saying additional adapters are not available. The company already knows additional adapters are not available. So we are calling and providing our personal info for what exactly? Terrible process that needs adjusting!

GBExcellent Customer Satisfaction I reached out to Tommee Tippee because my cups were leaking and I needed new valves. I was unable to order valve replacements on the website, so reached out to customer service. Customer service was quick and responsive. They sent me new valves free of charge. Very pleased with overall experience.

CAWas not able to solve my problem so… Was not able to solve my problem so will not be buying anymore of their stuff as it’s too much work as a tired parent to deal with. Got a reply from tommee tippee saying they texted me and sent a replacement? However what they are replacing and who they texted is a mystery- guess it’s just an automatic response -

CAI’m pretty sure the support team is a poorly written AI. I’m pretty sure the support team is a poorly written AI. The first question was to ask me things which were on the initial request form. Then the “person” said they’d look into it, and ghosted me. From there, they tried to close the ticket saying I didn’t provide info. I asked for clarification, as the ticket was held on their end as they investigated, and they just resent the message again as is. Now it appears that they’ve just gone and closed the ticket with no resolution.
