CAI’m pretty sure the support team is a poorly written AI. I’m pretty sure the support team is a poorly written AI. The first question was to ask me things which were on the initial request form. Then the “person” said they’d look into it, and ghosted me. From there, they tried to close the ticket saying I didn’t provide info. I asked for clarification, as the ticket was held on their end as they investigated, and they just resent the message again as is. Now it appears that they’ve just gone and closed the ticket with no resolution.

CAAs of March 31 we have spent well over… As of March 31 we have spent well over a month waiting for our warranty replacement bottles to arrive. Even after we confirmed our address they managed to ship our bottles to the wrong address. Now they have supposedly sent us replacements again, with express shipping but that was over a week ago. Still nothing, no tracking number, no real way of knowing if anything was ever sent. We've now had to buy an entire new set from another brand due to the leaking being so bad. Lost our trust. Truly disappointed.

GBSo helpful and knowledgeable I hope his name was Ben… sorry I didn’t catch his name but He was absolutely the sweetest helped me see the “issues” with my recent purchases and assured me we would get a solution and I think we certainly did. If not I learned something new that I didn’t know before. He seems like a great employee and person who genuinely cares! Thank you for making my night!

GBVery helpful & wonderful customer service The representative that helped me was reliable, honest, totally AWESOME, and more helpful than most people I’ve dealt with in my life. I used Tommee Tippee products for my son who is now two, and am using the same products and even expanding to more Tommee Tippee products with my new son who will arrive in July. There was a day when my son was a month old and we couldn’t figure out what to do about his colic, so we went to the store and bought 20 different pacifiers. Among those were the Day and Night pacifiers, and they were the ONLY ones that worked!!! Tommee Tippee is our ride or die!
