As of March 31 we have spent well over… As of March 31 we have spent well over a month waiting for our warranty replacement bottles to arrive. Even after we confirmed our address they managed to ship our bottles to the wrong address. Now they have supposedly sent us replacements again, with express shipping but that was over a week ago. Still nothing, no tracking number, no real way of knowing if anything was ever sent. We've now had to buy an entire new set from another brand due to the leaking being so bad. Lost our trust. Truly disappointed.

Awful chat experience Awful chat experience. Repeated the same information multiple times to the agent. Spent 30 min to accept basic information and it was insulting that agent wasn’t engaging or paying attention. Then he told me just got to Amazon rep instead. Product was faulty and leaked and was looking for a replacement warranty. Have transcript emailed to me bc of how bad it was.

Awa was the kindest and always kept me updated in the time I was waiting for a response, they met ever need and answered all of my questions and helped me with getting the perfect bottles for my little one! I’m very excited to share with everyone how amazing this company is to be in contact with and I can not wait to try out my new bottles!

Excellent Customer Satisfaction I reached out to Tommee Tippee because my cups were leaking and I needed new valves. I was unable to order valve replacements on the website, so reached out to customer service. Customer service was quick and responsive. They sent me new valves free of charge. Very pleased with overall experience.
