GBI ended up returning the item I ended up returning the item, however the quality was good, but my fireplace was too big and too close. The product still held up to 20 minutes. WIth that said, I would recommend their product and the kindly reimbursed me and sent me a return label. Thanks team, I appreciate the customer service.

GBFinal results are great. Getting there not so much. MOST IMPORTANT: This is a well made product and it looks great installed. That being said: There were several problems with shipping that required several emails to finally resolve. Email was answered quickly so I never felt like I was hanging and wondering. I would buy again and do recommend this product.

GBThe extra cost for painting is… The extra cost for painting is astronomical. They should supply self-tapping sheet metal screws to attach the mantle to the mantle bracket because the holes don't line up. Other than that, it's a nice product and added the look and protection we wanted on our fireplace/tv.

I got a real human on the other end, who stopped what they were doing, went and measured, and gave me the info I needed. Top notch service. The shelf arrived incredibly well packaged, the quality was flawless. Would DEFINITELY suggest using them for your shelving needs. Great company.
