I became a fan I bought 10 glasses. The product was of very satisfying quality. When the package arrived, unfortunately one glass was broken, even though it was well packed. Since it is an international mail, I think that such an unfortunate accident is unavoidable. I attached a photo to the support and told them that the glass was damaged, and on the same day I received a polite reply and was able to arrange a replacement product. With a gift of apology! I'm Japanese, but I don't think there are many Japanese companies that provide such great support. I highly recommend it.

Has been over a month. #29977 – received in a plastic bag which as expected contents delivered broken. Sent emails for both orders and only received auto generated response 2 days ago. Please respond ASAP.

Brilliant service. We ordered 12 champagne flutes and 12 skull glasses pre-Christmas. The glasses arrived quickly in various parcels promptly. Even though packaging could not be better one of the champagne flutes had a tiny crack inside, maybe from production. I informed Udarely of this and they answered my email immediately. I was sent a new flute accompanied with a complimentary flute for my trouble.
