Glass Broke - Got replacement I ordered two of the aquamarine glasses and even though they took a bit to get to me (about 2 weeks) they came in perfect condition. After a few uses (over 2 days, hand washed only) one was set down on a table and shattered. It wasn't set down hard, but it still was a bummer it broke. I emailed customer support, and Steven replied to me in a timely manner and offered to send me 2 new glasses. One to replace the broken one, and the other as an apology gift. He has been so helpful during this experience and went above and beyond to correct what happened. It made me feel appreciated; even though this experience happened, they still earned their 5 stars

Has been over a month. #29977 – received in a plastic bag which as expected contents delivered broken. Sent emails for both orders and only received auto generated response 2 days ago. Please respond ASAP.
