Excellent customer service I had ordered a LED lighting kit through Amazon and twice they sent me the wrong product. I contacted the seller (Hitlights) and within 30 minutes they responded to my complaint and sent me exactly want I had originally wanted. Hitlights customer service is top notch! Also after installing the product, I am completely satisfied.

Love these strip lights! Love these strip lights! We did receive the wrong color though. We ordered warm white and received neutral white. We decided to go with them and we’re very satisfied. We installed above and below kitchen cabinets. After having them installed, we decided to order the dimmer with remote because our tv is not too far away. We like dim lights while watching tv. Everything is perfect! Also, we received both our orders very quickly.

Product and customer service horrible The remote to the hit lights LED strip lights was broken. In contacting the company via email, this was their ignorant response... "Are you sure you buy from us? Why every month have people send this kind of mail. You didn't have any other way to earn money? Cheater" This is what was sent to them... Message Body: So we got these LED strip lights. And the controller is in pieces. Do we return everything or can a new controller be sent? I'm not sure what kind of customer service this is, but I guess it goes with the quality of their lights. The remote is a cheap piece of garbage, obviously. And their customer service by email is horrible. You cannot get them by phone at all.

Over all was a good experience Over all was a good experience. customer service was a little lacking. a driver got lost in shipping and they acted a little distrusting and waited a couple days to send out the replacement driver.

I’m giving this rating because I’ve… I’m giving this rating because I’ve received the request to rate the shipment and it hasn’t even shipped yet. I’ve been waiting 15 days and no updates on the tracking. I would assume that the company would want me to review it after I’d receive the product.
