GBWrong address Well, I’ve been trying to contact them their phone number I called nobody answers. It says it’s like it’s not a number in service. I messaged them on Instagram Facebook emails no response I ordered just last night but I just seen that my wife put the wrong address, so I tried to correct it before it gets shipped to the wrong person but they’re not contacting me back. AUItems Out of stock & slow refunds Ordered 2 items ( in stock ) from their Australian website on 30th March and they emailed to say both items had been shipped. I received the smaller item on 11th April and had to chase them for the larger item. They are now saying the larger item is out of stock and I have to wait until end of month. They offered me 500 points ($5) on my next purchase as compensation. I told them I’m not happy with $5 off next purchase for their poor communication and having to wait 4 weeks for something they showed in stock when I ordered . They have offered me a refund and I have accepted but they have now gone quiet and will not confirm they have processed refund on Out of Stock item. They might be good products but the customer service is very poor.

GBCustomer service went above and beyond I see a lot of negative reviews but my experience has been above and beyond with customer support and service. My se3000 was working well then bars started going out randomly. Contacted spider farmer and they gave me some different options of what the issue could be to try troubleshooting. Didn't work but my light was under warranty and they were quick to send out a replacement. I've seen some reviews stating they are bribing people for 5 star reviews but the lights have been amazing and having a company stand behind their product isn't bribing for reviews but earning 5 star reviews.

AUThis company is a fraud This company is a fraud. They have had my goods returned to their warehouse and they refuse to refund my money. I notice I am not the first person this has happened to either. Use Mars Hydro. Better value and great customer service

AUSuper fast shipping Super fast shipping & custom service Ordered on the 27/12/23 and didn't expect a delivery until mid January. Freight started arriving in the 3/1/24 with the rest to be delivered tomorrow the 4/1/24 . All delivered by the 5th brilliant 🙏👍😁 PS very fast with responses to customer service as well, local support the cherry 🍒 on top in IMHO 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Thanks guys
